Conference Fees for Members/students
Early Bird Registration (register by May 20, 2016) $ 925 (+ 5% GST) = $ 971.25
Regular Registration (after May 20, 2016) $ 1,050 (+ 5% GST) = $ 1,102.50

Conference Fees for Guests
Early Bird Registration (register by May 20, 2016) $ 1,000 (+ 5% GST) = $ 1,050.00
Regular Registration (after May 20, 2016) $ 1,125 (+ 5% GST) = $ 1,181.25

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Amex or cheque.

Conference fee includes online access to conference presentations, breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks each day of the Conference.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Before May 1, 2016 – 60% refund
  • After May 1, 2016 – no refund will be given however substitution of person to this conference will be permitted.  Refunds will not be applied to future conferences.

Conference Material

The CICBV will post all presentations on the Institute’s website approximately 1 week before the conference.  Access is only available to delegates who registered for the conference. You will be required to log in to access it.

Hotel Information

 

Please book your hotel accommodations at the time of registration as space is limited.

The Conference hotel is The Fairmont Empress.  June is peak time at the hotel and our room block/hotel will sell out quickly. The cut-off date for our conference rate is May 14, 2016.

Our room block at the Fairmont Empress is sold out.  We have secured an additional conference rate, based on availability, at the Marriott Victoria Inner Harbour located across the street from the Victoria Conference Centre.

Arriving by FERRY

Ferry service efficiently connects Victoria on Vancouver Island to its Canadian and US neighbours.
