Dr. Deborah Nixon has provided consulting and coaching services to both public and private sector organizations throughout her 30+ year career.  As an ICF certified coach, the focus of her work has been on three coaching areas: Executive Leadership, Executive OnBoarding, and Career Management. She serves a wide group of clients in her executive search practice. In her consulting practice, Dr. Deborah focuses on organizational transformation, diversity and inclusion programs and training, HR strategies and policies, leader and employee engagement and practical HR research.   Dr. Deborah has worked with First Nations and Inuit groups and has served as a Mentor for the Aboriginal Women’s Business Entrepreneurship Network, the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, and the Ella Women Accelerator at York University.  Dr. Deborah received her PhD from the University of Toronto, Masters in Environmental Studies from York University and Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
