Topics will include market participants, impact of private equity, what’s hot and what’s not by industry sectors and debt levels in deals. Of course no M&A discussion would be complete without a deep dive into transaction multiples. Aroon will close off the session with observations on the state of the M&A advisory market and opportunities for valuators.
